Should you buy Tesla stock?
Deciding to buy depends on your personal risk tolerance, but the current downward trend warrants extreme caution. With the stock trading below its 50-day average of $358.91, many investors prefer to wait for clearer signs of stability. There is no urgency to enter a position while the price remains under pressure.

Executives and directors must disclose their own trades in company stock. Of the last 6 disclosed transactions we hold for Tesla, 2 were sales and 0 were open-market purchases; the other 4 were awards, vesting or option exercises rather than a decision to buy or sell. Insiders sell for many ordinary reasons — scheduled plans, tax, diversification — so a sale is not by itself a signal.
